At this point, the Office 365 service only allows for the retention of audit entries for 90 days. Can you provide us more information regarding your requirement to keep logs for 3 years. Is this a legal obligation? Please provide details around the specific audit entries you would like to retain for an extended period of time.

Can we get an update on this request? Log retention is part of almost every IT function. Let's open up retention to a much larger time frame.

@Robert: Just because a feature is in high demand doesn't mean it necessarily can be implemented within your time frame. Constructive feedback & patience is what's needed at this point.

If a user mailbox already exists for finance@domainA.com, and they want a Finance shared mailbox, I just create finance1@domainB.com shared mailbox. Then go back and edit the default SMTP to finance@domainB.com. Unfortunately finance1@domainA.com will still be in place for now. That's the best work around I can come up with for now.

Please bring the "Domain Purpose" selection to the new admin portal. Then when a domain is added that is only for user validation, allow the user to remove the services that are unused. This should allow the domain to go to validation mode without any edits (aside from the initial txt to check for domain ownership)

This is a great idea. If not able to integrate, allow IVR cases to invoke feedback at any time.
