We are actually performing a migration from on-premise 2010 Exch. and this issue puts a halt in the project to create the transport rule

Is there anyway to get round this issue? I want to setup a transport rule to forward mail.

I was wondering if anyone else has run into an issue that although you can have 300 Transport Rules .. you can only direct mail to 100 recipients with all the rules combined.

    why is this limitation?

This has become a major issue with our team as they are not seeing the meeting updates when made. Again, showing up to the appointments unaware of changes and sometimes added attached files.

I just to do not understand how this is considered a good idea or practice by Microsoft?

Backwards compatibility is a lost art. People DO NOT LIKE FORCED CHANGE. Youngling (young Programmers) won't know this, I wonder how this effected the Visually Impaired.

A svg version of the old layouts, icons and colors should not be a problem. Make it Right!

You would think this would be default by now. Users are like ants when working in this work related monotonous programs. An "OLD" Look eases transitions.

Same issue as others. I've had a couple accounts compromised with forwarding set up in the last 6 months and there's no way to purge the queue.

This is exactly our predicament as well. We need the Azure MFA in cloud to be able to temporarily disable an MFA for a user, WITHOUT deleting their device association. Our third party MFA application can be toggled on or off, but since we need Azure MFA to plug the basic authentication hole, we're screwed when a user forgets or loses their phone and needs to work, which the only work around is to totally disable MFA for a user, and then set it all up all over again. Way to go MS.....
