    Don't understand why there is not a single point that all images are loaded from. Multiple sources of the same data seems like a bad design.

    I agree, with working with multiple accounts and having to switch between Admin (non-federated) and regular (federated) is a pain. Some users also have multiple Office 365 accounts with different tenants between schools and other organizations like Universities. This would simplify their worlds significantly. As it is, I can already do this from within the apps, so why not through the website as well like Google has.

    I agree. Following a succesfull migration to Office 365 we do not want to maintain a local Exchange server regardless of how little it does. There needs to be a way that this piece can be removed or the requirements be seperated into a seperate package (such as AD schema and management shell) without requiring Exchange to be installed.
