    Integrate Microsoft To-Do with Toggl Timer app. It would be nice if there was a Toggl button that could be added to each task. If not, a Microsoft Flow integration of some kind might work.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for the great feedback! If I’m understanding you correctly, you’re making four distinct but related suggestions:

    1. Improve the contacts list by allowing custom fields (some of your ideas are geographical region, whether they’re still an active customer, which salesperson they work with)
    2. Improve the Email Marketing feature by allowing you to bulk-add contacts to a mailing list after filtering by those custom values
    3. Track whether any emails were undeliverable (and add that as another field on the contact?)
    4. Enable bulk-updating contacts using a spreadsheet / database / PowerShell.

    All of these are great suggestions and we’ll be considering these in the future.

    Thanks for this request. We are rolling out the links to planner boards for groups in Outlook desktop from the group card, so that should help get to the planner task list.
    This request seems to be asking for the Outlook desktop tasks list to also show planner tasks. Can you help us understand the use cases and details on the actions you expect to perform with planner tasks in Outlook?

    This seems like an easy one. Outlook Tasks is a much more robust/precise task management app for an individual than is Planner. I would like to see the tasks that are assigned to me in Planner to show up in my Outlook Tasks, with tasks grouped into folders/tasks groups by their plan. Outlook Tasks allows sorting and tagging of tasks, features which are not available in Planner. In addition, the printing component of Outlook Tasks is miles above what is available in Planner. The memo task list printed from Outlook Tasks is the best.

    Looking for a way to share and save emails messages with other users and teams. The ability to drag and drop email messages to share or archive to an Office 365 Group would be nice. Maybe this should be a feature of OneDrive for Business if you cannot see it as part of the communication feature.

    Yes, need a page to see all boards. How do you find a board you don't follow? How do you re-find a board you unfollowed?

    I think a whole other app button on the launcher called boards would be very useful.

    Ability to post an email to a board. This would be like tagging emails that you would like to keep together, but are still in use, so moving them to a folder doesn't work. For example, if I am working on a project called "Maderia," I could tag emails related to this project, which I could see grouped together in Outlook and on a related Delve Board called "Maderia."
