    In the legal industry, something like this is crucial. I'm sure this also applies to other industries. Seeing that this post is 4 years old, it looks like this is not one of MS' priorities.

    It should be, however; providing full access on the mailbox, to provide access to a delegate to the Online Archive, also grants access to Send As. Yes, you read it right, Send As (and not Send on behalf). So in the end, as a Firm who takes its security controls seriously, we do not grant our legal assistants access to their lawyers' online archive. What do you think happens then, when the lawyers really need this work done by their assistants? Passwords get shared, which is even worse, and something we do not really have control over.
