  2. Securing from data leakage through wrong recipients

One of the common data leaks sources is sending mail to people from different organizations by accident. It also includes sending mail to multiple people using To/CC instead of BCC as it reveals the e-mail addresses to unauthorized people.

It would be good to have a feature in EXO that can help address that, for example by detecting people from different orgs in one mail and informing about it using policy tips and blocking it with transport rule. Some kind of extension of DLP rules but not focused on contents but recipients.

I want to be warned that I'm sending…

  3. Auto expiring transport rules.

It would be very convenient from time to time to have auto expiring transport rules.
Just a date picker when the rule should be auto disabled and automatically append the comment field when the rule was auto disabled.

  4. Online service to apply label and protection to uploaded documents

To allow for the application of Azure Information Protection to a file through calls to a service, which will apply the appropriate labels based on supplied parameters, and return an encrypted file.

Also to present a service which can decrypt and remove Azure Information Protection from a file.

  5. Prevent resource delegate to access meeting content

Currently, when a resource delegate approves/declines a resource booking request he/she has also access to the documents and the message of the invitation.
Delegate should only be able to approve/decline booking request without any access to the message of the invitation or to the documents attached to a meeting request.

  6. Display information about used RMS Template correctly

We haven't licensed AIP, so we use "pure" Azure RMS instead to protect our Documents.

When we protect a document in a Office Application, there is supposed to be a banner indicating which RMS Template is applied. But instead, the banner shows "restricted Access". But if you click the button for showing your permissions for that document, the right template is shown.

I opened a case at MS Support, but I've been told that it "works as designed" and suggested me to open this Uservoice.

Please enable the banner to show the right name of the RMS Template, so the…

  8. Align the MS AIP lower classification dialog with the classification label

There is the ability to change the classification label (i.e. to "Sensitivity" ) on the AIP toolbar, however when lowering the classification (if the option is activated), the wording of the dialog box always refers to the "classification label", and therefore can be misleading the User as this refers to a different term ("Sensitivity" vs "Classification label").

  12. Policy Tips for Office for Mac 2016 do not display

Policy Tips for Office for Mac 2016 do not display. The user only receives the email message if it is denied based on a DLP rule. It seems unjust that there is a discrepancy in features that function across the different OS's when the price is the same. Would like to see this working and it is NOT an advanced feature.

  13. email body customization

Some users will NOT save and open html attachment because they will suspect. If Office 365 will have the capability to update the email body, they will add much more friendly one.

  14. Enable AIP client to authenticate with Windows Server AD.

We are working on a strategy to move from on-premises AD RMS to Azure IP; however, we have encountered a blocker in our migration strategy: Azure IP cannot authenticate a user not located in an Azure AD tenant. In this scenario, we have implemented AD RMS in a resource forest and account forest scenario. The resource forest contains AD RMS, the protected content, AD FS, and contact objects of the users in the account forest. The account forest contains the user objects and uses Ping to federate with the resource forest. These user accounts can use any email address suffix…

  15. Change behavior of no permissions to use different credentials as an option not default action

Is it possible not to pop-up auth window if when we open no-rights contents?
We warry about end-user try to auth many times.

If we have not any rights for protected contents, we want to customize the pop-up, or select pop-up number.
    (e.g. pup-up number 0 = pop-up error massage immediately)

  16. Allow encrypted messages to show "Sign in" link when HTML file is opened/read without requiring it to downloaded/saved

When you receive an Encrypted Message in outlook you will get an HTML file attached and you will be directed to download and save the HTML file first and only then will it show you the "Sign In" to reach the email.

However, If you just open this file without saving it first (by clicking on it in outlook) you will not see part of the page that has "Sign In", It is hidden. instead it'll tell you to download/save the files first.

Please remove the confusing requirement of saving the file in order to get to the Sign In

  17. SPIF support for AIP labels

http://www.xmlspif.org/ defines a very powerful model to describe security policy and labels.

Being able to make more complex labels in AIP could be really useful.

SPIF support mean the ability to create complexe security policies (with classification and tags) and being able to choose which policy to use when creating a label.

  18. Portal for external users to send secure message to users on Office365 without having to force encryption for all incoming domains

We just migrated to Office365 and noticed that we don't have the ability for customers to send us secure messages without forcing encryption on all incoming messages.

We had a portal for customers to use and create an account, then they would be able to send us a secure message within the portal. We would like to have similar feature for Office365 but it is not available now.

The work around for this is for the customers to call into our Customer Service Center, we then send them an encrypted email. They would need to get a onetime passcode in…

  20. SharePoint online has an issue with the new skin where IRM protected documents over 30mb fail on upload.

Changing to classic view resolves the issue, can you ensure that this bug is resolved for IRM as it causes inconvenience for users.
