  1. SharePoint Online | PnP | Allow apply Sensitivity Labeling programmatic way | unattended

    Hello,
    At this moment Sensitivity Label can be applied only using Set-SPOSite;
    And there is no unattended way to connect to the SharePoint Online: Connect-SPOService;
    The PnP can be connected using a certificate as an example, but PnP doesn't support Sensitivity Labeling;
    So the General Availablity of the Sensitivity Labeling for Sites is great, but please allow to work with it using:
    1. programmatic way
    2. run scripts unattended, no username/password

  2. Enforce mandatory labeling for container labels in SharePoint sites

    Hello,
    Please allow to remove "None" from user choice when selecting Sensitivity Label when creating new SharePoint site, else, if we enable solution and start using it for all company, then if user select "None", SharePoint site will be processed in a wrong way.

  3. Prevent change of sensitivity label at Site collection level unless justified

    Have a business justification/approval available when a sensitivity label is attempted to change at site collection level.

  4. Block upload to SharePoint due to sensitivity label mismatch

    An auditable event is created when a file with a higher classification is created on a lower classification site, and an email is sent to the user to notify them of the mismatch. It is also possible to create a DLP policy to block access to a file by all but the user who uploaded it and site owner when a labeled file is uploaded to certain sites.

    The issue is that in both actions, it still allows the file to successfully be stored in the site, and person who violated the policy still retains access to the file in…

  5. Enable PDF tagging feature on mobile

    User can tag sensitivity label using Office app but there is no way to do so for PDF file on mobile. If possible maybe allowing users can tag PDF from email or OneDrive??

  6. Incompatible sensitivity label detected | Allow to disable message

    Hello,
    Please allow to disable the message about "Incompatible sensitivity label detected";
    If I upload 100x files, I receive notification about all 100x files, didn't test yet 1000+, but this force to create a Mail rule to delete a message, which makes useless of this future.
