Ability for admins to get notified once labels are published across all platforms
When Sensitivity labels are published – there is nothing to “close the loop” on the feedback other than rechecking & testing periodically.
This is a terrible way to run things (nearly as bad as having to wait 24 hours?) if it’s going to continually be like this… surely it makes more sense to be alerted via email once the task is complete or failed?
Ideally can we get some automated feedback like an email notification of when the Labels have been completed?
This should also come back with an error if you have done something incorrect and the result is that the labels can’t be published for whatever reason.
At the very least – having a process like this could actually save MS from getting *** support cases raised per month from people that are concerned that there are performance issues related to Sensitivity labels being published?

The Powershell compliment to this is item https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/928576-microsoft-information-protection-mip/suggestions/40957477-make-the-get-labelpolicy-command-distributionstatu -- please add a vote to it too.
Consider the scenario of making a breaking change to either Labels / DLP that generated a SevA incident (and believe me with DLP this is possible). Having to wait up to 24 hours for this is not what the business or your boss wants to hear...

Can we also get this added to DLP Policies as well?
