Allow interactive policy tips based on labels and all relevant conditions across platforms
The documentation on policy tips states that the following tips are not currently supported in Outlook 2013 and beyond:
We're currently working on support for showing policy tips for additional conditions. These include:
Any email attachment's content could not be scanned
Any email attachment's content didn't complete scanning
Attachment file extension is
Attachment is password protected
Document property is
Recipient domain is
Sender IP address is
Support for these conditions as well as for "sensitivity label is" needs to be added, as this makes the policy much less useful (for example, you can't set an "advisory" policy that attachments shouldn't be sent outside the domain as there is no way for someone to override and provide a business case without the policy tip).

If content contains a low volume of sensitive information, we want to display a policy tip to make them aware but not bombard them with emails. Without this ability we will struggle to implement DLP effectively

The is a major issue for our customer who want to whitelist affiliate organisations, which is not possible with the use of policy tips

More importantly - having only 1 Policy Tip for all notifications - this should be able to be set per DLP policy to ensure the users receive a relevant policy tip

We have the same requirement were we only want to display a custom mail tip without sending a notification mail to the user, how could we exclude the mail notification from the DLP Policy?

We would like only the Policy Tip to be displayed in Outlook without the option to send also the same within mail notification back to the user.

We now have Outlook 2019 and the situation is basically the same.
