Enable the additional customization of content markings (watermarks, headers and footers)
Provide a way to configure the location and style of headers and footers in visual marking. We currently provide Font size, color and alignment, but having the ability to specify location, bold, italic and other settings is critical to be able to align the markings with corporate identity.
If we could add the ability to embed special format characters and allow line breaks as many organisations require special formatting.

Many corporate customers use their own font for example Contoso.ttf
I am approached every time during implementation processes with this topic. The visual markings should also be according to corporate branding. I would really like to see this implemented.

To be able to use markings in documents we need to be able to make change to color, font, location, and size. Markings must be at the same position every time.
In the templates, I would like to see placeholders that can be used to implement watermarking and other markings in office documents and templates. This would allow us to build templates where we can predict where and how markings will be shown.
Today we are not able to roll out since this is a quite blocker. We have no way of adjusting MIP to integrate with our corporate visual identity.

I'm struggling specifically with distance from edge of document and trying to get this to work with our current PowerPoint template.
is there someone to deal with the text font settings?

In implementing TLP tagging for my Information Security team, I was quite disappointed to see I couldn't specify the background color of a visual marking, or specify the label be in bold face. A Proper TLP implementation displays "TLP:<COLOR>" in colored text on a black background. This coulbe acomplished by allowing a "highlight" color to be specified

Any news regarding this one? has this been rolled out?
Were you able to old text without UI assistance? We also need to bold text for compliance reasons but am finding it difficult to do so at present.
Would be very good to have localization options to be able to display document labels in native language.

In my case, we need to edit the footer to fill with others information when the classification is restricted or confidential, we need to fill with the access group manually.

We would like to be able differentiate font size and style between e-mail, Word, Excel and Powerpoint (e.g. in e-mail font-size 10px and in Word font-size 7px)
Header/footer text strings need to support basic bold, italics, and underline formatting

Our enterprise is providing an best practice manual for public use and it contains all three possible footer alignments "left" "center" and "right" some informations like revision number, pagenumber of maximum page number and in the center the sensitivity label notification!
Unfortunately you can only pick one. Can you add an option for all three alignments with their dedicated input?
Sometimes, in order to comply with the government requirements, you should have a specific visual type of font for labels, say, bold. I found that you can only choose the custom font in the settings, say, "Calibri Bold" or whatever and it works, BUT this isn't obvious at all (you are lucky if you found this yourself).
I believe having of a little bit more font functionality or some visual tips around labelling would be awesome.

Add new / more variables in the text string for header or footer: page number/last page number.

We would also like to see this being changed. It should be possible to at least change the fonts of the labels. Today they are always in calibri a font that is not used in our organization.
Very important for us, thanks

What about enabling customer upload a GIF or JPG image on headers or footers for each different label?

This is very important to us as we have to comply with branding of the company and we are not able to do this. we used to have this in other classification product we had.

What about enabling HTML tags so we can do whatever customization we want without need from you to add all possible customization options ?
