Option to archive encrypted messages in One Drive for Business
Mental health providers communication with clients and patients are a required part of the medical chart/record. You offer HIPAA compliant email encryption, but it is difficult to capture and store messages with the rest of the chart, because the system is mainly set up to read and respond, without the ability to save messages elsewhere. That is great for security, but then requires workarounds (like copying and pasting messages elsewhere to save the content.
Not really about the OneDrive for Business specifically I guess, as long as there'll be an option to archive *somewhere*...? (Would a mailbox interface with server-side decrypt be secure enough?)
