  1. Prevent FullAccess delegated Users to read Protected Mails in OWA!

If a user (secretary) has "Full Access Permission" to the Mailbox of another User (her Boss) she can't read protected mails in Outlook which is ok BUT: she is able to read them if she opens the other users mailbox in OWA. This is a serious security problem and shoud be fixed immediately.
Only the MailboxOwner should be able to read protected Mails.

While some of our customers consider access by a mailbox delegate a problem, others have said they consider it a must have (e.g. for executives whose admin does all their email). In some cases, both behaviors are necessary within the same organization.
We are evaluating possibilities for implementing a solution that addresses both cases.

  2. Outlook oversharing popups in AIP Client should support DL expansion

When configuring exempt domains from pop-up messages for labels, any emails within a distribution list (DL) are not checked as the DL is not expanded. This means that if we want to popup and perform an action anytime an external domain is included will not occur if an external domain is within a DL.

  3. Enforce mandatory labeling for container labels in SharePoint sites

    Hello,
Please allow to remove "None" from user choice when selecting Sensitivity Label when creating new SharePoint site, else, if we enable solution and start using it for all company, then if user select "None", SharePoint site will be processed in a wrong way.

  4. Show the description of a sensitivity label after it is applied to a document/email/etc. if no encryption is applied

Currently for a sensitivity label to show the description of an applied label in the Outlook mail tips area, you have to use encryption in the label. Additionally, in other Office applications the description isn't show at all after a label has been applied, even with encryption enabled.

While encryption is the point of the label, it is impractical to encrypt labeled data right out of the gate as part of a rollout. Getting users used to labels is essential, and providing them the description without hovering over a label would be very helpful in helping them understand the purpose…
