Allow adding a word to dictionary
There are some words for which I don't want to see any error highlights. So, it would be great if there is an option present to add a word in the dictionary.

Automatically recognise language on which I'm typing
Make users be able to write correctly on different languages and improve UI (make something like Grammarly, but international)

Suggestions should be visible on hover rather than Clicking
Spelling suggestions in the browser extension should be shown on Hover rather than a left click.

Give the Microsoft Editor access to the Office365 dictionary
Apparently, Microsoft Editor was already somehow enabled in EdgeDev without my having to approve its being added. So suddenly, I now keep seeing my surname highlighted as being misspelled in Gmail and on other websites. So I downloaded the Edge extension and signed in with my Office365 ID in the hope that it will access my roaming dictionary and stop highlighting my name as misspelled. No joy, however. Why even bother to release this extension if users can't add to or use their Office365 dictionary? I have patience with new apps, but deliberately not being able to access and add…

Double clicking a word shows its definition and/or synonyms.
Just like in Google Dictionary and Grammarly, when you double click a word it shows its definition.

iOS and Android Keyboard (To replace Grammarly keyboard)?
When will the iOS and Android Keyboard version be released? Since Microsoft we weren't supposed to use Grammarly and I removed it last year I'm glad this has been released. I'm really hoping to bring iOS and Android in as well the same way Grammarly does it using a Keyboard.

Why No Google Docs
Microsoft Office Extension can fix grammer issues in Google Docs but Editor can't. That is weird. Also, if you put your own word, be able to add to dictionary. Be able to ignore or put that once for a word.

Fix Go Premium button for existing Microsoft 365 Subscribers
I'm an existing Microsoft 365 Family subscriber, but within the Microsoft Editor extension I see a button that says "Go Premium" even though I'm already signed in with my personal Microsoft account that is an existing paid subscriber. Clicking this button directs me to a page where I can compare plans for Microsoft 365 which is a little confusing.
Small gripe, I assume this will be ironed out in the future but wanted to call it out.

Editor Spelling - right click behaviour
When I right click on a misspelled word, I expect a list of suggested words to be presented - this is the behaviour in MS Word. In the browser Editor I get a menu to change spelling language in Edge and Chrome.
To get a list of spelling suggestions I have to left click - very counter intuitive.

If Editor can't automatically detect languages, like Chrome's built-in spell checker, at least make it easy to switch between fav languages
If you frequently write in two languages, like I do, Editor is too cumbersome to use. It gets in the way more than it helps. It takes a few clicks and scrolling to switch languages. Switching should either be automatic based on detected language, or at least give you on-the-fly switching between languages you select.

Automatically recognise my name
My first and last names are not a spelling mistakes so it would be nice if the extension could automatically add them to the local dictionary.

Language detection.
I usually type in English, Spanish and French. Instead of changing the settings prior to the use in any of those languages, it'd be great if the extension could detect the language automatically (like Google Translator does).

It doesn't work on all text boxes.
It doesn't work on all text boxes. For example, it doesn't work on the Atlassian's confluence, the comment section.

Make Editor available across the web
I use Grammarly for help me on writing a lot of Code Reviews on GitHub. I was incredibly happy to know that Microsoft is given me an option with my Office 365 Subscription, but Editor is not available on GitHub.
I think that Editor as Grammarly, should not be restricted on some sites.

Add "Add to Dictionary" button.
Add some word to personal dictionary.

Site whitelisting
Instead of opting for a website blacklisting method, I'd love to be able to add the handful of websites I need MS Editor to run on as a list.

Fix Microsoft Editor extension so that it works in Atlassian Confluence wiki page editor
The extension doesn't seem to work in the body of Confluence wiki pages in editing mode. It does highlight spelling errors when editing the page title but not when editing the body content
