Email category is not consistent when on server and "On My Computer" using Outlook for Mac. The scenarios are:

1. category color is changed when moving email from server to my computer


2. there are a lot of same name local categories leftover and user can not delete it


3. there's no way to change local category color, user can only change the color of category on server

Please solve this issue and one of the answer might be "let users edit local category themselves", thanks.
