don't break formatting when open word online
If a Word doc contains advanced formatting (images in headers/footers or table of contents, or pics in a table, etc.) and a user opens the document in Word Online, the formatting breaks as soon as the file is saved, because only the desktop app can configure the special formatting. But if it exists in the document, simply opening the document in Word Online to edit basic content shouldn't break the special formatting.
