Tiles on the Navigation Bar
An admin would like to be able to pin tiles on the Navigation Bar for all users.
* It is not application launcher.

A user's company will start using Office 365.
Admin would like to customize "SharePoint", "Outlook", and "OneDrive" titles on the Navigation Bar for initial setting.
