  2. Add an option to make customizations to the O365 suite bar visible to external users

    Currently, external users do not see customizations (custom logo, colors, etc.) that are made to the Office 365 suite bar--only internal users can see the customizations.

    Please add an option for admins to make their O365 suite bar customizations visible to their external users as well as their internal users.

  3. Enable organization-wide automatic meeting templates for Outlook

    Be able to set a meeting template across your organization, so that when anyone tries to set a meeting up via the outlook callendar, they automatically have a template.

    This could include something like:

    Meeting Lead: (space for a name)
    Agenda: (space for bullet points).

    We want a feature like this so we can nudge our staff to have more efficient meetings, so it is very unfortunate this feature is not available. I would really like to be able to do this also using a mac, and using the outlook app.

  4. Allow MS Lists to be removed from the 365 App Launcher

    Microsoft lists seems like a great feature, but as a govt organisation, we like to make sure there is proper regulation of an app before we release it for use by our users. Since MS Lists was released alongside Teams, we are able to remove it from use in Teams, but it still appears in the 365 App launcher (waffle menu). We want to be able to remove it so we can make sure the app is properly regulated and we can provide proper training for our users. Please can you provide this as an option for MS lists like…

  5. Download Stream video file as mp4

    When you download the Stream video recording, it downloads in webm format. Webm files do not play in Windows Media Player. It would be better if the file format was mp4 when you download it from Stream.

  6. auto backup and restore custom ribbons with updates

    Recent updates keep resetting quick access toolbar and ribbons user customization. The Office suite offers ribbons and quick access configuration Export and Imports. The importing function already validates the settings to insure we don't import discontinued settings no longer available after the updates.

    Would be nice if Microsoft was automatically backing up our user configuration and restore what is still good after the updates instead wiping it all without warnings. Got burned few times before I started to export-import manually on a regular base to prevent having to redo it all manually each time MS decides to wipe them.

  7. Adding Page Tabs to Word - like Sheet Tabs in Excel

    I had a thought or a suggestion that might improve many users experience with Office. Several times I have worked in Word and need to toggle between the beginning of a long document and the end. I just realized that if there were page tabs in word like there are sheet tabs in Excel, it would make the process so much easier. It would be good for anyone who is using Word to write a book - to have each chapter in a new tab, or if you have many different ideas being processed in one document.

  8. Allow multiple logo's per Office 365 tenant

    We are a huge company with multiple labels/brands. We would love to be able to give a different experience to different "blood types" in our company. Lots of our customers have the same "problem".

    Could you please make it possible to add a logo per domain, or per group of users? Would be a great feature!

  9. Make it possible to include a highres company logo for scaling

    At the moment you can only upload a logo of 200x30 pixels, which looks blurry on every screen that has a high DPI (e.g. higher than 100% scaling in Windows).

    All the built-in icons have been adapted to this with high-resolution versions which looks great, but this means the lowres company logo stands out more.

  10. Align languages throughout the product suite

    There is good language support in some of the Office 365 suite such as SharePoint. But the Office.com interface and other features this doesn't have the same options.

    For example Welsh, is only shown partially on some of the Office 365 interfaces.

  12. add spell check to support chat window in office applications

    When requesting support in the Office applications, it opens a chat window. This chat window does not include spell check. The build in spell check for word does not influence that chat window and neither does spell check from my browsers.

  13. Enable to change custom default meeting standards in Outlook

    To improve workplace efficiency, it would be great to be able to change standard meeting lengths to be less than half an hour, such as 15 minutes or 20 minutes. It would be good to be able to choose this as a standard across your organisation, so this is automatically the standard for any employees without them having to change their own preferences. We would like this feature so that we can nudge all our employees to take more efficient meetings.

  14. Start search should only be what's on the computer.

    We open browsers for web searches; one is not using the computer's Start menu for web searches, one is using it to find things that are on the computer itself.

  16. Autosave

    Allow word and excel users to set auto save to activate automatically for 'every' new document.

    Currently I have to activate manually for every document!
    This means I could forget, and loose a document when my surface pro PC shuts down without warning eg. flat battery.

  17. Outlook copy button sugestion

    I would like when I open Outlook and just to copy one of my email address. It's just a simple button "copy" or allows right click on the mouse just to copy the email address without having to go to the options and settings.

  20. Change default view in Outlook Sent Folder - Replace From Column with To Column

    The default view of the SENT folder is the same as all other folders with the FROM column displaying who sent the e-mail. That doesn't work for the SENT folder where all emails are sent by the active user.

    Replace the FROM column with the TO column by default and the sent folder will be significantly more usable.
