Enable Office 365 suite bar/navigation (including the waffle) to be used in custom apps
When I'm developing an Office 365 app, it should be possible to include the suite bar easily in my application's UX. The App for SharePoint model has this with the "chrome control", but no equivalent currently exists for Office 365 apps - and this means I have to roll my own navigation so that users can exit my app and return to other bits of Office 365. What I want is to integrate the suite bar into my apps - so users can use the waffle to get to the "My apps" page, use their pinned shortcut links to move…

Allow multiple office 365 company themes in one tenant
We are part of a big company with multiple brands. We would love to create multiple (at least two) Office 365 company themes (these ones: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Customize-the-Office-365-theme-for-your-organization-8275da91-7a48-4591-94ab-3123a3f79530). In addition to this, we would love to set them based on their domain.

customize the button help " ? " located on the office 365 navigation bar
It is interesting to be able to modify the labels on the Office help page ( ?) in the main navigation.
As this navigation bar is located on almost every Office 365 service (SharePoint, Outlook...) it would be convenient if each administrator of the tenant could control and customize the information that is relevant or not.
It will therefore be easy to find information that you want to push to the majority of the tenant's users.
- To be able to move the labels,
- Be able to add links easily25 votes -
Dark mode theme customize organization color
The new dark mode theme is great, but it overrides the customized colors defined in the organization theme settings. It would be great if we could define an organization-specific theme color for users who choose dark mode.

More themes please! The themes are too few and too minimalist, please add more themes. Suggestion: Space theme

Please reinstate the feature of pinning Office 365 apps to the nav bar
Before the latest Office 365, users were able to pin often-used apps to the nav bar. It was described in this link:
That feature was nixed. It would be great to have it back.

Restore Pin to navigation bar feature
Restore Pin to Navigation bar in Outlook Web access. In previous layout, it was possible to Pin the Calendar and Mail to the top bar. That feature is no longer available.

Extensions for the Office 365 Suite Bar
Ability to add additional functionality to the Suite Bar. The two primary features would be adding menu items for the user photo menu and integrating custom Help with the Question Mark. Adding Help that actually integrates with the built-in help system available on the question Mark icon.

Allow application rearrangement in Waffle menu
We have many many apps and they appear in the order they were pinned. We would really like for there to be a way to reorder the pinned applications, whether by dragging their position or through the three dots menu.

Tiles on the Navigation Bar
An admin would like to be able to pin tiles on the Navigation Bar for all users.
* It is not application launcher.<Background>
A user's company will start using Office 365.
Admin would like to customize "SharePoint", "Outlook", and "OneDrive" titles on the Navigation Bar for initial setting.7 votes -
Hate it! You took away the search bar on Outlook and this search is way too broad.
What happened to the email search in Outlook?

Let me opt out of changes when updating
I get used to the current look and feel of outlook. Then I get an update that changes that look and feel. I see no added value to the changes and I have to relearn where buttons/menus/icons are and what they represent. So, Just stop it please. I am sorry if it might cause some devs to lose their jobs but please stop or allow an opt out.

Enable editing of the service name logo in the navigation bar

Enable editing of the service name logo in the navigation bar
■Description(内容):
ナビゲーション バーの [OneDrive] や [Outlook] などのサービス名が既定で入り、変更不可である為、カスタマイズ可能にしたい
Since it is currently not featured, I would like to have the service name logo on [OneDrive] and [Outlook] in navigation bar be automatically filled by default and be customizable.5 votes -
Customizing the tiles and themes
I would like you to implement the following features:
・ to create customized themes and set them as per users or groups theme.
・ to turn on high contrast mode or customize the color contrast on a theme for users who have a color vision deficiency.5 votes -
Suite bar company logo image size too small
For the company logo in the Office 365 theme, 200 x 30 pixels and 10 KB is just too small. If you company logo has any text in it, it looks terrible. It'd be nice to be able to position to the left or even replace the Office 365 logo with it.

Bring previous ribbon back
The previous ribbon was more professional, more pleasing to the eye and more intuitive to use. The icons in the new ribbon look like where drawn for a child's video game.
Sometimes is confusing to understand in what part of the menu the user is. And the contextual menu that appears in the ribbon, when you click a visual, is barely visible because the font is to bright.
At least they should provide an option to use previous ribbon.4 votes -
O365 Pro Plus needs a classic mode!
O365 Pro Plus is not suitable for a corporate environment. O365 Pro Plus seems to be optimized for tablets and touch screen devices. These are not used in the office setting and even less in call centers etc. The looks, feel and function of this format is clunky and cartoonish. Please add a classic mode so that we in the corporate environment can revert to a more user friendly mode.

The Themes...
We need more themes for outlook...
Especially for the kids with school accounts who cough desperately need new themes. Like books, beaches, sports, beaches, animals, magic, magical animals... things like that.4 votes -
Put the search back where it's supposed to be. Moving it to the title bar is HORRIBLE!
Put it back the way it was. Specifically, in Outlook.
