Outlook search bar
This should be a choice per user to keep original view or new current view.. word and excel have option to turn it off but Outlook doesn’t, viewing should option should be included as a choice rather then just on or off..

Agreed! As you say, there's not even the option that Word and Excel have to reduce it to a magnifying glass size in the area I use to move the window around! They've just stolen that space and disjointed the search. And let's not start on how the new search covers the Ribbon...
