  2. contact email address should allow personal and work

    Allow different types of email address as you do for phone. At least work as well as personal (currently only allows personal). Maybe add 'other' as catch all.

  3. Dark background theme in Office 365

    Please add the option like in Office 2016 to change the background in the apps to dark. The white background is very irritating to someone who has to stare at the spreadsheets all day long. PLEASE do this. Fewer headaches for all.

  4. Sharepoint Email Branding

    Sharepoint needs to have the ability to BRAND the share link email with a Corporate Logo so that users receiving the file see the Corporate branding or Company logo. This day and age with all security flaws, users need to know where it is being sent from. I tried to upload my company logo and it only allows text. The logo should automatically pull from the Site home page. Thank you.

  7. Make Microsoft Office Update Dialog More Meaningful

    I just got a pop up in Windows 10 titled Office with the description that I needed to save my work before continuing. Then it says We need to close the following Apps: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook, with just a continue or cancel button. Before continuing what? Come on Microsoft you can't at least give me a sense of what is going on? Just continue without any knowledge of what I'm continuing? My idea is to make these dialog box more descriptive.   8. Bookings - Several bookings in the same slot (with the same staff calendar)

    Currently, we can only make one booking per slot per staff user. Should be available the option to set the number of bookings possible per slot per staff user.

  9. Onedrive business unable to share folders with onedrive personal

    Onedrive business unable to share folders with onedrive personal.

    It seems it’s not possible to share between personal OD and Business OD with the desktop sync. Users have been asking for this feature again and again – from what I have read MS is “thinking” about it and have been for a couple of years.

    I have lost sales because of this!

    I think Office 365 and Microsoft 365 are incredible – yet basic fundamentals like this performed so well by competitors let it down.

    Please implement this Microsoft!!!

  10. Email Signatures for all users

    Have the ability to create email signatures for all users that doesn't use the disclaimer function. Make email signatures that sync with AD to have the ability to have names, job titles etc. Something like Exclaimer.

  11. Link emails to tasks in outlook

    A simple drag and drop option to link emails to a task, currently i create tasks by either flagging an email for follow up (then i can't edit the task easily) or by creating a new task (can't link emails related to the task). if i could create a task and then drag the email to link to it, when i open the task i can quickly see all related communications. any other emails in the conversation would automatically link up also.

  12. Requesting:Storage Metrics Label Option for Files or Documents in OneDrive for Business via Local or Cloud, right after the syncing process.

    Customer wants to make sure that the file or documents storage are match in the local during Synchronization process in OneDrive for Business from Local Server to Cloud Server.

    He wants to have additional feature be created so that it's easy for him to acknowledge the file storage capacity and status.

  14. Business plan doesn’t provide embed funtion, though personal plan does.

    Business plan doesn’t provide embed funtion, differrent from personal version.

    Even if I try using iframe tag, it doesn’t work because ms banned it.

    I could have exchanged some important class material with my students in my website using embed funtion, if that fuction were provided.

    I don’ know if there is a special technical reason you must not provide that ‘only in business plan’.

    But when I changed my personal plan into business one, I expected much more improved one. But it is limited in terms of minor thing like this. It was disappointing, but I am looking forward…

  15. Make Office Customer Manager available for Enterprise E3 / E5 ASAP... Please!

    We need Office Customer Manager, but we would have to subscribe to a lower, less expensive subscription.

    Its like ordering an expensive steak, and then being told you can't have dessert because it's only available to customers who ordered the hamburger.

    How does that make sense?

    As my tenant’s data centre is in UK the Office online chat feature is currently not available for my location.

  17. In Invoicing more text for the description of the service provided

    As a company providing a service in the description box we require more text as we have to provide a full description of the service that was provided and this can take up to at least six lines of the existing description boxes as we are not a company who sell for examples taps, baths etc.

  18. Export mailing lists from Business Center

    There is the ability to import contacts from csv but no way of getting them back out. An export needs to identify which mailing list the contacts belong to.
    The managing of multiple mailing lists is near impossible. Need to be able to upload directly to a list not to the contacts and then have to find each one to add to a list. Not ideal.

  19. Connections - improve editability of templates e.g. not being forced to have a social media section in each mailing

    Signed up for trial to look at Connections for sending newsletters - seems a distinct lack of customization available compared to competing services

    E.g. I don't use social media so want to remove that panel from any newsletter I create, but I can't as it seem that you have to include it - same for referral and announcement templates

  20. Was Business Center a good idea that has already been forgotten?

    It is noticeable that responses to feedback here and under related topics are slow or non-existent and that there have been no real improvements in Business Center functionality. We upgraded O365 to use Business Center but it is proving a waste of money as the capabilities are too immature/flaky. Has Microsoft given up on this already?
