Office 365 changes with the times...but not on my schedule (it is actually disruptive) and I may not like the new appearance.Microsoft says in effect "too bad...this is needed for progress". Maybe so....how about letting us vote by giving us alternatives to 365 (maybe even competitors as that would send a louder message). Then Microsoft can cater to the "have to have the latest technology" crowd (dare I say the "send Microsoft your paycheck crowd") and allow the rest of us to get some work done! Technology is great and I use it. But I do not want to be a ***** to the technology. It is supposed to help me. The continual flood of changes does not help in my case. maybe I am a loner. I still would like to see a reasonably priced package that remains constant until I see the benefits in upgrading. That would allow free enterprise to work and get the consumers what they need and not what the techies are seeing as possibilities. P.S. Office 365 is low cost now...remember the day when Bill Gates said everyone would be using MS Office and because of that, the office suite software (not subscription) would sell for less than $100. Do you really think Office 365 is going to remain reasonably priced after Microsoft gets their hooks into a large group of people?
