How can we improve Office 365 Business Center

Ticket 13027561 -

1. it is unhelpful to ask me to provide feedback to one of 32 forums. I am just a simple soul.
2. your operator took nearly one hour to try to resolve an issue; giving me little confidence in his knowledge of the products and my issue.
3. although I requested an immediate call to a manager, and offer of compensation for lost time, this request was ignored (please check the audio file of the call o confirm this)
4. I do not understand why, given your ability to access my PC remotely the original error (mine) was not known to you.
5. In spite of me ticking the two boxes below, please do not inform me of product updates. Your periodic emails are less-than-clear
