How can we improve Office 365 Business Center

Mass Update Contact Type after Import

I am trying to import approximately 11,000 contacts into Business Center from a different email newsletter provider. I can import the list, but after import, the customers do not have an associated "Contact Type". Thus, I am unable to send email campaigns unless I update each contact manually.

It would be great to be able to include the Contact Type in the import or be able to Mass Update the list after import.

    I agree this needs fixing yesterday or a vital opportunity will be lost. Microsoft you have come so far. I love the Business Center, until we tried to test out the Email campaign. Importing contacts from Outlook worked fine, from CSV not so great. But, once they were in the system there was no way to categorize or "list them". Metadata is important. Please fix asap before my team goes back to Mail Chimp, CC, or Aweber.
