Enable MileIQ, business center, Invoice, Listing for E3 Subscriptions
So Microsoft announced that MIleIQ is available for Business Premium Customers as well as 3 other applications.
Invoicing, Connections, Listing and together in the Business Center.
Sounds great..and as a small business myself in I.T. and therefore a MS partner. These are all beneficial to me.
However I cannot use any of these as after spending 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft and about 10 different calls. They all tell me it is for "Business Premium" ONLY.
Despite E3 been the more expensive plan.
Im now actually stuck in between.
Having purchases MIcrosoft Action Pack Subscription (as Im a small I.T. consultant/MSP)
Im automatically on the E3 plan...yet Im technically a small business and these additions are perfect for me.
I cant even use them for testing to show my potential customers...

This is beyond frustrating, I spent a ridiculous amount of time troubleshooting this issue. Microsoft Office 365 support didn't even know what MileIQ was and I had to prove to them it was their product. Are they honestly penalizing users for paying for a more expensive account? I can't test these products out for clients as of now. This needs to be addressed as of last year.
Same here, as an IT Firm with Action Pack, we deploy dozens of new subscriptions a year and to not be able to show all the benefits of a premium subscription or try to "hide" the detraction on moving to E3 is ridiculous. they finally fixed the bookings app but that doesn't help the ones you mention here, they still are only specific to 365 Bus Premium.

We have to use E3 for terminal server use even though we only employ 7 people! I suppose I will have to convert to Business Essentials and Pro - plus to get this as it would be very handy!

Agreed. Not having this available in E3 doesn't make any sense. Our users are paying significantly more - why has Microsoft chosen not to offer this to the more expensive tier (E3).
Me too. We are a small consultancy trying to be able to provide these services to our customers but without a way to trial configuration in our own environment

We're in this boat as well.. as a partner, since the beginning of Office 365 the mantra we got from account managers was always "lead with enterprise", and we did. All our clients are on some mix of Enterprise accounts, mainly E3/E5 - Enterprise offers more flexibility with licensing when it comes to task workers, it's not one size fits all. However, it's now starting to cause pain that a lot of the new add-ons are only appearing for the low end when they should ultimately be universal to the platform. I mean we could switch all our customers from Enterprise to the Business SKUs, but I can't imagine you want to lose that additional revenue... I know I don't.

A lot of these features are missing from E3 probably because Dynamics365 is more suitable for bigger customers.
Also the Enterprise market tends to be a little slower to take up new products than business. Example: Bookings was another feature that went to SMB plans first.
What's frustrating is that they don't even have an upgrade plan for MileIQ that I can purchase through 365 - instead it's a separate, expensive subscription on a separate billing agreement.
I'd suggest that Microsoft make all new features/products such as MileIQ available to partners through IUR - this would be a way to ensure that partners are skilled in the new services.

I'm on exactly the same boat as you. It's frustrating that we can't have access to useful even though we are a more expensive plan.
