Can we add the ability for phone call or text message reminders to the Bookings application?
Add the ability for the businesses to have automated text messages or phone call reminders set up for appointments that are set up through the bookings application.

In today's world, people check their SMS messages more frequently than Email. Are there any third party partners that provide this capability? If not, we will likely choose Acuity over MS Bookings due to the absence of SMS... If SMS was available, we would choose MS Bookings since we use Office 365 Enterprise A5. I am a retired IT worker that is volunteering at a national Non-Profit.

I would add that text or email (or both) reminders should be a choice of the prospect making the appointment.

As stated before by others, University students do not want to use email and much prefer texts. Please make this an option.

I work at a University. It is not a secret that students are averse to using email. PLEASE make text message reminders for appointments a high priority. It is essential. Many lower profile companies have had this in place for a long time. Please—-we need this!
We are a busy accounting firm. We would utilitlize Booking, if it had the capability to send out text reminders as well as text. Do you see this being something that would be avaiable?
