  1. Have a specific place for comments relating to different office products

    When I am doing searches in File Explorer,: I usually only want to do a search on the folder I'm looking at, not everything becaues that takes such long time.

    2 suggestions: either have a setting for "All" or "Current" or just set it to search "Current" and select for "All".

  3. MS Bookings - Multiple Required Staff

    Allow a service to be required with minimum required staff - for example we are looking to use this to allow candidates to book interviews. We only want the booking form to see a bookable timeslot if all members of the panel are available, currently they can see any timeslot where one of the members is available to book.

  4. Disable "mentioned by" feature by default!

    This feature is useless and counterproductive. Besides, in EU, you are obliged to explain how you process user data and where in order to make this feature work.

  5. ServiceNow Links do not properly function in PPT, Excel and Word

    When you click on a ServiceNow link in Powerpoint, Word and Excel it will take you to the main page of ServiceNow i.s.o. going to the link's destination. One can only access the links by coping them and pasting them in the browser.

    The issue does not include Outlook. From there is it possible to navigate directly to a ServiceNow link destination.

    As confirmed by ServiceNow team lead in my company, it is an issue on Microsoft's side.

  6. footnotes/endnotes in Publisher

    Hello, is there any way to enter endnotes (or footnotes) in Microsoft Publisher as there is in Word? I am about to publish a book (print only) and I need to have all the notes for sources and literature at the end of the book.

  7. In Teams meetings: Support dual screen emulation during presentations (screen sharing)

    While using dual screen emulation software (such as LG OnScreen Control) on ultra extended monitors, allow a teams meeting presenter to select screen sharing for either of the two emulated screens rather than the entire desktop.

    This would allow the presenter to have reference files and apps open on the unshared side while still being able to change apps for what is being presented.

  10. Automatically set SharePoint version number in Word

    Issue:
    We want to add the version number automatically to documents on SharePoint. Right now we have two options: do this by hand or setting the Label to {Version} (manual action on every libraray).

    Solution:
    We can do this by setting the Label to {Version} in the Information Management Policy, however this is way too much work to do this on every library.

    At the moment there is no way to enable Information Management Policy on a content type via the API, at least we haven’t found an option on how to do this.
    Is it possible to add this…

  11. Bookings modify the .tsv file

    Right now you can download the .tsv file from Bookings which has the data needed for the Bookings occurrences. You can't modify the areas being complied in the data set. This causes issues because we would like to capture data for cost center, but cannot edit the fields in the .tsv file to do so. They are linked directly in the Services for specific fields.

  12. Better Organization for My Videos in Stream

    The area of My Videos in Stream are completely disorganized (This goes for videos in channels as well). They are in one area with no organization. It would be nice if I could create folders and designate some structure to the videos I have in Stream. Easy to track and manage. Easy for others to view and use.

  14. WORD 365 cannot convert a word file from pdf to (pdf1a2001japancoated)

    Fix the glitsch so a 365 Ofice word for Mac file can convert from pdf to (pdf1a2001japancoated)
    This format is required by my publisher, and it has taken me more than six months to identify that 365 office is the problem. Dozens of techs from Adobe, Ingram, and Mac have been unable to identify it. The same file works fine on Windows, but Mac can't do it.

  15. export a single outlook contact

    I want to export a single contact from Outlook to Word to create a business letter. I need name, title, company, address. Maybe export to clipboard, and then paste into Word. Current method of exporting an entire contacts folder into .csv is too time consuming.

  16. Magazyn Osobisty - niedostępny w wersji OneDrive Professional :((

    Opcja Magazyn Osobisty nie jest dostępna dla naszej wersji usługi OneDrive. Jest to dla mnie totalnie niezrozumiałe, że mając wersję Professional usługi OneDrive nie możemy korzystać z dość przydatnej opcji, jaką mają do dyspozycji użytkownicy wersji Personal (dyskryminacja użytkowników firmowych w stosunku do prywatnych? Jest to co najmniej dziwne i przykre).

    Czy taka opcja dla naszego konta zostanie włączona, a jeśli tak – to kiedy?

  19. Outlook browser platform: Dark theme separate setting for calendar/planner and mailbox

    Simply put: I like dark theme in calendar. I do not like dark theme for reading mails.
    Right now the dark theme switches both to dark. I would like separate settings.
