    Full-screen booking calendar on business centre, or at least full height, currently have to expand the iframe from web inspector to be able to view the calendar correctly.

  2. Upgrade / enhance bulk emailing tool

    Please consider investing in improving the bulk emailing tool in Business Centre, to something of a similar standard to MailChimp or ConstantContact. The limited range of templates available is in our view not adequate for a professional bulk emailing to clients/contacts so we are forced to continue to use MailChimp.

  3. Make contact lists in Business Centre exportable

    Business Centre has a major flaw. We took several days to enter our company contacts into the center directly (not imported from Outlook) only to find that the database so created could not be exported. At all. Not even 'cut and pasted' in batches. It was available only to use for the narrow group of functions within Business Centre. In this case, our specific need was a company bulk email. The Business Centre tool is not [nearly] as good as MailChimp or ConstantContact so we did not want to use it. Please make contact lists in Business Centre exportable.

    Would be great if one could select to send an automated reply during an appointment rather than having to switch it on in options each time.

  5. Disable, or allow users to disable, the AUTOMATIC SAVE ON mandate. It should be an option to turn on when a user first opens a file.

    Please disable or allow users to disable the AUTOMATIC SAVE ON mandate. It is a potentially disaterous feature in a buisness setting when an original file must be retained as an original. It is also potentially disaterous if one opens a file and creates an error that warrants a return to the original format - which is lost when changes are automatically saved. At a minimum, the toggle should be set to OFF when a document is first opened, with an option for the user to then turn it on.

  7. Be able to go back and forth between different accounts, like Google

    I have 2 different 365 accounts, one for work and one for school. Id like to be able to go between accounts like I can on Google. This seems to be impossible unless using two different browsers. The problem is that when I open a link to a document in automatically opens in my default browser. Because I have my work credentials saved in my default browser it is a huge headache to log out and log in with my school account.

  9. The shared section for Business to personal

    When I tried to share a folder in business OneDrive to personal OneDrive and it won't appear in my personal "Shared" section. I believe it is important when we need to keep the shared folder(s) with my personal OneDrive folders.

    Because all migration vendors that I’m aware of, Metalogix, Share Gate to name a couple, recommend that you have a dedicated storage location, within the same region as your Office 365 tenant. I would think, Microsoft would offer this as a free service directly located in your Azure AD, in the office 365 space; not outside in an Azure subscription services. Or at least make it part of a licensing package, so customers are satisfied with their migrations to your service.

  12. Keep the Help files updated!

    There's a lot of help in the Community and from MS itself, but a lot of it is conflicting, or old as MS makes changes to the software. There's no real way to know what advice applies any longer. I've been stumped by following old (not bad, just no longer relevant) advice.

    It's more important that you can imagine to ensure that the help files are updated along with the software. At the very least date each entry so I can have a clue to understanding if I'm looking at something that was written a year ago, or yesterday.

  13. Allow Office 365 and Windows tech support teams to work together on customer issues; allow customer to contact tech support rep for followup

    We have had 2-year ongoing issues on multiple networked computers since updating to Windows 10 and installing Office 365 for Business--defective Windows 10 installs, resultant glitches with software installations, and problems with One Drive for Business and with Sharepoint syncing. We have been repeatedly "ping-ponged" back and forth between your Windows tech support team and your Office 365 tech support team during the entire time. MICROSOFT, you are one company! You need to allow your tech teams to work together when business customers have problems that cross over from Windows issues to Office 365 issues, and not tell the customer…

  14. Allow Office 365 accounts to access Virtual Labs training site.

    It would be nice for Office 365 account holders to be able to access Microsoft's Virtual Labs training site.
    Currently while logged into one's Office 365 account and going through Microsoft's online training on Excel, one can run across a link to Virtual Labs for further training. When clicking on that link the seamless experience suddenly stops. You get to a site where you're no longer signed in and are unable to go to the links without signing in.   16. Using Exchange Online Plan 1 for email for my family. Want to use Office365 Home.

    I use Exchange Online to provide email for my family rather than use a stand alone service. It works well. However, my personal Microsoft account won't allow me to add the email concerned as an alias (no "work" email accounts allowed - even though it's actually a personal one) and that will pose a problem for buying an Office365 Home Premium subscription for us to use. I don't want to have to pay enterprise prices for home use, I don't want to have alternative email addresses just for Office365, and I don't want to have to use a different mail…

  17. Enable Switch Between Lead and Customer Classification for a Contact

    Currently, if a Contact is a Customer versus a Lead, it cannot be changed or undone if it was a mistake; the only recourse is to delete and start again. For new users, this can be an expensive learning experience. For regular users, I am not sure how the lack of flexibility benefits them?

  18. Add Website Field with Types to Contact

    When researching a Contact, I would typically keep their Work website, their Organization website, their Personal website and an Other website to keep track and utilize for sales reach out. Keeping this in one place for Contact would save me time and keep me in one place - Microsoft.

  19. Additional Contact Social Types

    Please add LinkedIn, Twitter and Other as Social Types. It helps to keep this information in one place for a Contact to more quickly define the strategy, language and metrics to use for reaching out to a Lead or Customer. It also makes Contact more of a central point for Contact Research on an ongoing basis for updates versus having two sources of truth.

  20. Add Phone Types of Main and Other to Contacts

    Public Sector agencies will often have a Main number, even for a department, which a salesperson should keep until they can get the other numbers. An Other number would be good as well if we meet or find them through a 2nd job or organization.
