  1. Add Website Field with Types to Contact

    When researching a Contact, I would typically keep their Work website, their Organization website, their Personal website and an Other website to keep track and utilize for sales reach out. Keeping this in one place for Contact would save me time and keep me in one place - Microsoft.

  2. Add Phone Types of Main and Other to Contacts

    Public Sector agencies will often have a Main number, even for a department, which a salesperson should keep until they can get the other numbers. An Other number would be good as well if we meet or find them through a 2nd job or organization.

    Because all migration vendors that I’m aware of, Metalogix, Share Gate to name a couple, recommend that you have a dedicated storage location, within the same region as your Office 365 tenant. I would think, Microsoft would offer this as a free service directly located in your Azure AD, in the office 365 space; not outside in an Azure subscription services. Or at least make it part of a licensing package, so customers are satisfied with their migrations to your service.

  5. Allow Office 365 and Windows tech support teams to work together on customer issues; allow customer to contact tech support rep for followup

    We have had 2-year ongoing issues on multiple networked computers since updating to Windows 10 and installing Office 365 for Business--defective Windows 10 installs, resultant glitches with software installations, and problems with One Drive for Business and with Sharepoint syncing. We have been repeatedly "ping-ponged" back and forth between your Windows tech support team and your Office 365 tech support team during the entire time. MICROSOFT, you are one company! You need to allow your tech teams to work together when business customers have problems that cross over from Windows issues to Office 365 issues, and not tell the customer…

  6. Allow Office 365 accounts to access Virtual Labs training site.

    It would be nice for Office 365 account holders to be able to access Microsoft's Virtual Labs training site.
    Currently while logged into one's Office 365 account and going through Microsoft's online training on Excel, one can run across a link to Virtual Labs for further training. When clicking on that link the seamless experience suddenly stops. You get to a site where you're no longer signed in and are unable to go to the links without signing in.   8. Using Exchange Online Plan 1 for email for my family. Want to use Office365 Home.

    I use Exchange Online to provide email for my family rather than use a stand alone service. It works well. However, my personal Microsoft account won't allow me to add the email concerned as an alias (no "work" email accounts allowed - even though it's actually a personal one) and that will pose a problem for buying an Office365 Home Premium subscription for us to use. I don't want to have to pay enterprise prices for home use, I don't want to have alternative email addresses just for Office365, and I don't want to have to use a different mail…

  10. Outlook Customer Manager functions

    Hello. I am currently a CRM Salesforce user. Can anyone explain me more about the CMO? I watched several videos and none gives me a parameter. I want to know if it's worth it to exit Salesforce and start using the OCM. I am not talking about and comparing, similar quality, only if the OCM has the functions of Salesforce (customer registration, contacts, leads, contract values in R $, communication between the team in a given client, Pipeline reports, etc.) . Can anyone using the OCM explain the feasibility of the tool? Thanks!

  11. The changes made to outlook and one note in the latest update destroyed my admin system and now I can't save my emails in one note.

    I am paying for office 365 premium business and I insist to have my outlook and one note as it was before the latest update which was unnecessary and is destroying the admin in my business. I can't save my emails to one note as before and I also can't get my files [notebooks] from one note. Why are you always changing things which is working perfectly well.   12. Avoid constant requirement for verifying subscription - highly irritating - product unusable for travellers with unpredictable internet

    Finding office 360 impossible to use due to constant requests to verify subscription - normally in the most awkward of locations - Microsoft note that some business users travel extensively and just do not have easy access to the internet in all locations at all times but still need to use the product they have paid for!!

  13. There should be a way to limit outlook for office app from eating up the available mobile storeage i.e number of days to sync setting.

    My outlook is eating up whatever storage space I create and its not consuming almost 40% of my app storage. Whatever space I create outlook consumes that space.

    There should be a way to limit the storage outlook app can consume like the number of days to sync setting available in other email apps.

  14. Everyone except external users

    Can we please re-enable the group - Everyone except external users . It allows you to share a file/folder with members of your organisation without logging in. We do not want to use the anonymous access feature as this is a security risk for us, as everyone will be able to access the link.

    This feature is handy when you are publishing links on an Intranet site. It does not make sense to get your internal client base to log onto their MS account to access the file.

  15. Radio buttons turns into drop down menu in SharePoint list view

    When creating a SharePoint list column with 3 values I wanted to set up radio buttons instead of drop down menu. How come does it change to drop down menu (both in quick edit view and when editing properties per item) even though I have chosen Radio buttons in the view?

  16. Use the new design features on top-level domain sharepoint site

    Can you add the new features on the 2016 sharepoint sub-level sites to the top level domain sharepoint site. The web part menus, the content menus that include document viewer, quick links, hero, video; specifically those options and format. The previous format is too slow to work with and since its been improved, we want to add the new features to the top-level domain sharepoint site so we can enhance it with the new features. Thanks

  17. Resolve incompatibility of IMAP accounts with category function

    Currently when using IMAP accounts is not possible to utilize category functions, which makes it difficult to migrate from older office versions.
