  1. Requesting:Storage Metrics Label Option for Files or Documents in OneDrive for Business via Local or Cloud, right after the syncing process.

    Customer wants to make sure that the file or documents storage are match in the local during Synchronization process in OneDrive for Business from Local Server to Cloud Server.

    He wants to have additional feature be created so that it's easy for him to acknowledge the file storage capacity and status.

  3. Create a dense view for conversations in a busy Teams channel

    It is possible to add a subject line to a new conversation. I suggest to create a dense view for a channel. Instead of several lines (name&date, subject, 4 lines of content, See more, replies summary), I suggest to have 3 lines: name&date, subject, replies summary. Then have less space between entries. This way, I can easily find relevant conversations in a busy channel to add another message.

  4. Automatically set SharePoint version number in Word

    Issue:
    We want to add the version number automatically to documents on SharePoint. Right now we have two options: do this by hand or setting the Label to {Version} (manual action on every libraray).

    Solution:
    We can do this by setting the Label to {Version} in the Information Management Policy, however this is way too much work to do this on every library.

    At the moment there is no way to enable Information Management Policy on a content type via the API, at least we haven’t found an option on how to do this.
    Is it possible to add this…

  5. Have a specific place for comments relating to different office products

    When I am doing searches in File Explorer,: I usually only want to do a search on the folder I'm looking at, not everything becaues that takes such long time.

    2 suggestions: either have a setting for "All" or "Current" or just set it to search "Current" and select for "All".

  6. ServiceNow Links do not properly function in PPT, Excel and Word

    When you click on a ServiceNow link in Powerpoint, Word and Excel it will take you to the main page of ServiceNow i.s.o. going to the link's destination. One can only access the links by coping them and pasting them in the browser.

    The issue does not include Outlook. From there is it possible to navigate directly to a ServiceNow link destination.

    As confirmed by ServiceNow team lead in my company, it is an issue on Microsoft's side.

  8. Android OneDrive - File upload from phone

    It would be helpful if the last storage location were repeatedly suggested when uploading multiple files from the mobile phone. Even with multiple OneDrive accounts. Favorites would also be great.

  9. Bad Transition from Skype to Teams Leaving Small Business Hanging

    I will say this, I am very disappointed that Microsoft did not bridge the access with Skype and Teams Live Meeting. That was under the table and the fact none of us knew and could find it tells me it was not done above board. That is a concern. We bought and renewed under one license, Business Premium 365, and then it changed. But, that just puts more money in the pocket of Microsoft to the detriment of small business owners like my partner and me.

    Now, when most businesses have to work from home is a real gut punch…

  11. MS Bookings - Multiple Required Staff

    Allow a service to be required with minimum required staff - for example we are looking to use this to allow candidates to book interviews. We only want the booking form to see a bookable timeslot if all members of the panel are available, currently they can see any timeslot where one of the members is available to book.

  12. Disable "mentioned by" feature by default!

    This feature is useless and counterproductive. Besides, in EU, you are obliged to explain how you process user data and where in order to make this feature work.

  13. calendar - booking recurring appointments.

    I would like the default of "end on" to "no end date". I own a house cleaning business. Most of our clients are recurring for years. We started noticing that a random client would disapear from the calendar. I took us a while to notice that MS 365 programed all recurring appts to end at about 6 mo. This default has cost us!

    Hello, is there any way to enter endnotes (or footnotes) in Microsoft Publisher as there is in Word? I am about to publish a book (print only) and I need to have all the notes for sources and literature at the end of the book.

  15. In Teams meetings: Support dual screen emulation during presentations (screen sharing)

    While using dual screen emulation software (such as LG OnScreen Control) on ultra extended monitors, allow a teams meeting presenter to select screen sharing for either of the two emulated screens rather than the entire desktop.

    This would allow the presenter to have reference files and apps open on the unshared side while still being able to change apps for what is being presented.

  17. Turn Off Suggested Attachments in OWA O365

    Turn Off Suggested Attachments in OWA O365. This give the end user the option to use it or not. We've had several complaints about this feature being dangerous as a user could inadvertently add a sensitive attachment by accident and send it. Being a Hospital with 30,000 + users you can see how this is a valid concern.

  19. Change ‘Free’ in Calendar

    When planning an appointment there are 5 options: Free, Working elsewhere, Tentative, Busy and Out of Office.
    Is it possible that you change the option 'Free' into 'Available'??? ‘Free’ is very confusing.

  20. Bookings modify the .tsv file

    Right now you can download the .tsv file from Bookings which has the data needed for the Bookings occurrences. You can't modify the areas being complied in the data set. This causes issues because we would like to capture data for cost center, but cannot edit the fields in the .tsv file to do so. They are linked directly in the Services for specific fields.
