Impossible to cancel subscription
Contact me on my email pls as I didn't get through to you after waiting for 30 minutes a few times. I don't want your subscription any more. I haven't been using your services so pls stop supplying them if you are. I instructed my bank to stop payments to you but can't open my account and can't speak to anyone as waiting time is too long! Thanks

It’s not allowing my work email
Why won’t it except my work email that I set up my office 365 with?
1 voteCurrently, you must log in to Invoicing and the Business center in general using a work or school email account. We do not support personal accounts. As part of your Office 365 subscription, you will have received another email account, and that’s the one you need to use here.
We realize the confusion that this can bring. For your information, you can set it up so that it’s your usual email account that is used to send the invoices to your customers. -
Monaco Country Code
I have a client in Monaco however the Monaco country code is not available and I can't add it. Please can we have the ability to add country codes.
1 voteThis is indeed a bug that we are working on. We expect to have this fixed in a week or two. But you can add Monaco to the list of countries if you open any of your customers in edit mode – the Country/Region Code field in the customer page does have support for adding a new country or region.

create rules for applying discounts automatically
Set up rules that apply discounts automatically to invoice based on dates and customer details (consumer type for eg.)
1 voteThank you for your feedback! We’ll add it to the list of things to consider for a future update, but right now we’re not sure if customer groups or similar are quite right for Microsoft Invoicing.

Silo User Views With Permissions Based on Mail-Enabled Security Groups
It would be useful to be able to silo user views based on permissions so that users view role-appropriate info.
Perhaps this can be accomplished with mail-enabled security groups and/or at a user-tenant level.
E.g. A user-tenant is able to generate new invoices and register payments, but not view customer totals.

Allow to create customized fields within Invoice forms in the invoicing app
if customers want to add new fields within the invoices apart from the existing ones they should get an option to customize the option so that they can design the way they want.
