Too many emails !
Every month we receive several emails telling us that there are new invoices available.
The first email with subject "View your Office 365 Business Premium billing statement"
We have Business Premium subscriptions and Business Essentials subscriptions.
So therefor we receive 2 emails shortly after "Confirmation: You’ve renewed your Office 365 Business Essentials subscription." and "Confirmation: You’ve renewed your Office 365 Business Premium subscription."
The next day we will receive the email "Your Microsoft billing statement" twice (one for each subscription).
And for good measure we then recive the same email we received the previous day "View your Office 365 Business Essentials billing statement"
6 emails ! But wait there's more, all of these emails are received on both the Office 365 Admin email account but also on the alternate email address so 12 emails total.
Can't we receive a single email per month (and make it optional) ?
Personally I don't want to be notified about an invoice, the money is automatically debited so there is no need to notify me.
Better yet, why not have a single monthly invoice with all subscriptions on a single invoice ?
