Email account not working
Why would my business 365 email account not work ?

When using the send estimate function via e-mail when using a google account or more importantly the office 365 email address of the user logged in we are seeing errors thrown on testing an e-mail send or trying to send an actual estimate or invoice. We know of another office 365 tenant with invoicing where the send e-mail works. We tried with that e-mail address with no luck from our tenant as well. The error we are seeing is: The email system returned the following error. "The SMTP server requires a secure connection. The server response was 5.7.57 SMTP client was not authenticated to send anonymous email during mail from...."
