Thanks for letting us know you’d like to see Microsoft Connections available in France. We’re currently rolling out in US, UK and Canada and we’ll look to expand to more regions in the coming months. When more information on geographic expansion becomes available, we’ll post it on the Office 365 public roadmap at https://products.office.com/business/office-365-roadmap.
