Customize new left rail
The new left rail is nice as is the regained real estate for my docs, recent items, etc. How about taking it up a notch and allow users to customize the order? The current order seems kind of random and doesn't apply to the order of my most used online apps. A flyout option showing full names next to the icons would be helpful as well!

You couldn't have described it any better! While the extra space to see my content is great, I now have to select All Apps to get to some of my apps. Forms, for example, doesn't appear in the left rail at all. Additionally, SharePoint and Sway have the same letter and color making them difficult to keep apart.
I'd really like the ability to pin apps like I used to be able to or at least alphabetize or sort them by the frequency of their use.
