App Launcher and default O365 start page
In both the App Launcher and the default 0365 start page:
1- allow the user to pin or unpin ANY of the applications, whether they are an O365 apps like Word, Excel, Delve...or an internal business applications that a Tile has been made for
2- allow the user to re-arrange the apps in whatever order they wish
3- do no automatically add apps by default based on users usage to either the App Launcher or start page
4- Allow Admin to preset the available apps that show for a user so that Admin can dictate what the start page and/or the App Launcher looks like for users or Groups of users. For companies that want their users to have control, they don't need to use this, for companies that want to deliver a particular experience, they can use this.
5- For the above, when creating new Tiles, allow the Tile to be available for either the App Launcher or start page or both.
6-When creating a Tile, provide the ability to upload an image with the other options there instead of needing to providing the URL to the image.
7-allow Tile image formats to be png, jpg, gif, bmp.
8-provide the recommend 50px by 50px dimensions of the image for a Tile in helper text. If a user does not conform to that, resize the image automatically to that.
Under the Start Page settings, it would be nice to be able to set the default to a custom app.
