Make it easier to get Help, as I need it.........

New preview version of Home has changed Help ticket logging in such a was as to be useless. It is totally focused on individual users, it seems, and makes no allowance for Premier Support customers and their extended logging requirements.
For example page no longer allows you to select the product meaning (from my experience) tickets being routed to the wrong support team and taking time to move and be reassessed. Also the inability to change the notification mail on the ticket means that admin accounts that are not mail licensed cannot receive mail - but the system still puts that into the ticket and it is not editable. The facility to add additional engineers to the notification on requests has also been removed. All this now needs to be added to notes and can't be saved as a template for future use.
Think you should take this back to the planners and start again.

Time to set up a gmail account in Thunderbird: 5 minutes.
Time I've spent trying to set up an email account in Outlook 2016: an hour and I STILL haven't made it work.

I have downloaded the microsoft office products for the first time. I have a password for microsoft office which works fine. The auto uploader on my mac pro wants to load updates however requires a password - all the different passwords seem to be rejected.... which password is needed for this?
I don't see a 'help' here, and this is where my help button on my excel starter sent me to for help!
