  1. Remove Team sites from 'Frequent Sites' - unless the links open Teams

Remove Teams sites from the home page 'frequent sites' as it is confusing to users to view Teams sites in SharePoint. Only show Frequent communication sites. Have a separate section for frequent 'Teams' which opens the Teams web app - if that's possible.

  2. Separate mobile calendar app

It would be great to have a separate app (ios and Android) outside of email to reduce the number of clicks to simply get to your daily events.

  3. myaccount in fr-BE

myaccount.microsoft.com does not support when the user configuration is in French-Belgian (fr-BE) and therefore displays the page in English. It would be nice if it displays in French instead.

  5. Include an option in the menu for switching between Office 365 Business and Personal

Currently office.com seems to default to the last used account type witch is fine except there is no way to manually change what side is active and you are forced to actually browse to the business site manually via some direct link or vise versa (if you happen to remember/have bookmarked a suitable link like outlook.com for example). Not good.

This is also directly related to the many complaints about how badly Office 365 handles using different business accounts at the same time.

There should be an account selector in the top bar, on the business and personal site.

    Sure,…

  6. Have an automatic update of older version word documents. Right now, each document has to be converted manually.

Automatic update of older version word documents on Mac. Right now each word document has to be converted manually. The PC version an automatic update function. The Mac version does not.

  7. switch between multiple profiles

Why can't we switch between multiple profiles on the same office.com site? Service providers often handle multiple clients. Unbelievable that we need to logout to switch!

  8. Office.com two step login prompts may be helping malicious parties determine the existence of valid email accounts

Step one of the login process has the user enter ONLY the username and at the end of completing this step the user is met with feedback telling the user either "The username may have been entered incorrectly..." OR proceeds to the password entry step. This confirms to the user that the username exists.

I believe this flaw is helping malicious parties find email accounts to attack.

  9. The use of abbreviated URL in the Office 365 Portal

The problem is I am accessing Teams from a .mil domain and the firewalls will not allow abbreviated URLs through. Yes the abbreviated URL works outside of the .mil domain but when I have a meeting, I cannot access Teams while I am at the .mil domain and this is where I work. Sure I can use the fully qualified URL for this and create a shortcut but then I will ask you why do all the other Office 365 apps have fully qualified URLs and Teams does not. That is really inconsistent. I was informed that only the engineers…

  10. Usage Analytics report for Authenticated Office.com

Would like to see a usage Analytics report in the admin.microsoft.com portal that shows usage of the authenticated user office.com page. This way, when there is a change to the features of that page, we can get a report of who uses the page, and communicate the change to them.

  16. Provide ability to Admins to remove Project app from portal for non-licensed users.

When purchasing a license for Project Pro, even if only one license is purchased, the Project App appears for every user in the tenant, even if they don't have a license. We would like the ablity to hide the App from their view in office.com.

  17. Add feature to temporarily disable an Outlook account instead of deleting and then adding it because password not readily available

In Outlook, for the scenario where I don't have one of the Outlook account passwords readily available, I keep on getting prompted to supply the password for the account. It would be good if an option could be set to temporarily disable the account instead of having to permanently delete it and then add it when the password is supplied.

This is in reference to chat # 1005114891.

    Thanks.

  18. Create a Web Part that allows Linking a MS Teams Calendar to a SharePoint Group Calendar

It would be most helpful if there was a way to link the two above mentioned Calendars. Right now we are having to enter the meetings twice in two different places.

Be able to block sender from an open email. I used to be able to do this. And I may have missed how to do it.
