Having just migrated all our employees from iCloud calendars to exchange 365 I can't believe that users don't get notified when a delegate adds to or updates their calendars.
When we used Outlook-iCloud calendar sync it would notify us and them if either party added or updated a calendar item.
What we need is quite simple:
When a user or delegate creates or updates a calendar item we need the delegate or the user to get a notification either on Outlook Desktop or Outlook Mobile App.
A good bonus would be if the native iOS calendar could also display these notifications but I know that may be asking a bit too much.
