You need to add a Delete Swipe to e-mails. It is too time consuming to have to open an unwanted e-mail and click the trash can to delete.
Should have Two-step verification for Outlook 365

Recurring meetings. Add a feature that reminds the meeting owner when one of their recurring meetings is going to end. That way the user knows if they need to setup another recurring meeting.

I love my Office 365 for business. I have a suggestion. I am constantly using the search bar in Outlook to find a number quickly. You removed the edit button and I don't know what the push pin is for. The problem is I am multitasking in my business constanly and have to go back to the search bar every time for numbers. If you would add a drop down menu of the last searches we did when we start to type it would save me so much time. I can use the people icon but then I have to go back and find the email. I hope you will consider this the next update you do. Thanks for listening. Cheryl Wonnell

A customer’s computer wasn’t receiving new email this morning and there was a message on the bottom status line of Outlook 2016 saying “need password”. When he clicked on “need password” it said “Disconnected”. The company has been on O365 (downloaded from the portal) since Sep 21st. Eventually tried to re-create the Outlook profile but got the error “"Something went wrong and Outlook couldn’t set up your account. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact your email administrator. RETRY or CHANGE ACCOUNT TYPE”. Opened a case with Microsoft and finally solved it by doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of O365. There was an update to Office 2016 this weekend which I saw announced on my computer. Looks like that update caused the issue because I can’t add O365 accounts to Outlook on my computer either. I add accounts to my computer all the time for testing and migrations but as of today I can’t add email accounts from any of my O365 customers although local on-premises Exchange 2016 accounts worked. This is a very annoying problem. I guess I’ll have to reinstall my O365 now too!

We need to be able to have multiple reminders for the same appointment! Three would work well, especially when a call or meeting is in the distant future and advance preparation is required.
Does Office 365 Outlook People (Contacts) only sort by name? There really needs to be an option to sort by Company, or any other field that is desired - like the desktop version of Outlook.

Suggest allowing changing the font color of an Outlook folder on a folder by folder basis to allow users to highlight frequently used folders.

Outlook 365 is incredibly slow. We have exhausted inquiries into local fibre speeds, tested all aspects of settings etc and the consensus between Microsoft and us is that Outlook 365 is slower than their previous product as it is cloud-based. We wait 5-25 seconds to send or receive an e-mail (longer if attachments). The help desk admitted that this is an issue with the product. Perhaps Outlook 365 is only suited to a mega-speed internet speed environment?
Anyone else experienced similar misgivings?
Our business is admin intensive and require saving numerous and multiple documents.
As we use share point / one drive as our central document storing place for the business
the sync function is not ideal as the size of our storage requirement in one drive / share point is to massive to sync to the storage capacities of our laptops. It would be great if we would be able to save a document (from our outlook on laptop) directly from outlook into one drive/ share point as well as have the option to select the folder / meta data layout as per one drive / share point when saving directly from Outlook.

when new user attempts to log into Outlook email, it defaults to last person logged on, what is the fix?
