Payment instrument
Provide a way for the customer to update their Credit Card and ask them if they would like update to apply to all subscriptions or not.
Customer assume they are updating all subscriptions until they get a past due notice

We aren't even able to see any type of billing on our laptops either. And we have our business email addresses and websites hosted thru our Microsoft 365 Business Account & our business has just been down and they do not care one bit.

I don't even get a past due notice, and I can't get any type of customer support when I call. What is going on with Microsoft? We're looking into switching everything back over to Apple products because of their GREAT 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT BASED OUT OF AMERICA, WITH AMERICAN EMPLOYEES.

What is the delay to add this feature? We can already see the billing section in the Mobile App but when we click on billing it just says " You don't subscribe to any office 365 services" what is the point of adding a billing section if you can't do not even a fraction of what is consider billing to us?
