I find it highly disappointing that the Microsoft developers did not foresee an issue with being able to sync only 1 way between an android phone and Outlook365. I would have thought that since it works well in exchange the natural thing would be to provide for it in Outlook365.....

Can't ADD or EDIT contacts on my Android phone, as I can with my Google Apps contact list. Very frustrating, if I meet someone and want to enter their details directly into phone, I can't. Please add this very basic feature. Without this Outlook phone app is not such a good App. The OUtlook.com app can do the above and it's free, Outlook 365 isn't free, so why can't it work the same
