I really need to manage mail flow , app could be a powerful tool ;-)156 votes
We are thinking about adding this feature in addition to the other Exchange administration work we’re doing.
With hundreds of active users, it's frustrating trying to scroll through them. I need to have the ability to create folders to organize them. Faculty, Students, etc. Along with the folder option I need to show total users within that folder. User management is a pretty big deal.127 votes
We understand the ask. Our team is thinking about this feature and how it fits in with our current plans
I would like to see some useful user stats like last time logged in successfully, last failed logon attempt. Devices used to login on.123 votes
We are looking into providing more user level info. Mobile devices is available though, in the “Mobile devices” row from on a user.
Use the configured color scheme and include the uploaded company logo.67 votes

We are trying to fit this feature in with our current plans. We’ll get back to you shortly.
Fill in more information when creating new user like department, title, address, business phone number, mobile number and etc.32 votes
We are seeing how this ask fits into our current plans.
The search should be able to support more filter like search by department, title, company and etc.26 votes
enable password masking on the user password management page with custom typed items instead of showing the password in plaintext onscreen.
The mobile admin app lets an administrator enter an arbitrary selected text string as a user password to directly apply to the user account, this is in addition to the usual workflow of triggering a password reset and getting a randomly generated eight character one-time login code. Currently, whatever password the administrator types in is displayed in plain text on screen. I would like custom entered passwords to be masked as dots instead of displayed for onlookers to see.16 votes
This is great feedback. We are working this into our current plans.
It would be nice if you could search the web for images when clicking on "Tap to choose a picture". The user's name should be the suggested search query, so you can find profile photos from LinkedIn or other platforms.
This is a good idea. We are seeing how this fits in with our current plans.
