Alert Policy for changes to Retention Policy
It would be great if we could set up an alert policy for when someone makes changes to a Retention Policy in Security and Compliance. We are moving away from Litigation Hold to Retention Policies and it would be very easy for someone to remove the policies by accident or intentionally.

MS needs to come up with better solution for such a important data governance requirement. it is so easy to either disable or modify retention policy and no one will be notified as there is no alert available. There is a work around for this but that also is half backed. Preservation lock can be applied to lock this policy but then you are not allowed to decrease or remove if legal team does not require any more.
either provide alert so we can continue with out preservation lock or allow preservation lock more flexible like decrease retention period or delete retention policy it self.
