Allow Partners to access the Security and Compliance Center
Please grant Partners the ability to access the Security and Compliance Center through the Partner Admin portal.

We are working on adding this to the Partner Portal. In the meantime, the partner can access it by appending the customer’s domain to the URL, e.g., https://protection.office.com/contoso.com.

We also need to be able to access via powershell cmdlets, APIs, graph or something.
We can't automate proccess if we can't connect to their environment. This is making us to create admin users in their environments, witch make no sense since we had to do all that work about security defaults on the partner center. -

Hi,
reading through the comments and after testing myself, it is clear that the proposed workaround doesn't work ...
can you please provide an update on this topic from time to time on the progress, please? Especially for partners working on managed security services, partner access to protection.offfice.com, security.microsoft.com and compliance.microsoft.com is crucial! having an account for each analyst at each customer is really ugly and dangerous! -

In recent times, id verification service is much higher in demand. One will get numerous verification methods on a trustworthy platform named Trust Swiftly, and all methods provide better security to any online business. By visiting this website, you can obtain more knowledge about id verification service https://trustswiftly.com/

I'm not sure how your software passes an audit with this kind of failure. It basically requires that we set up an insecure account shared among all technicians in order to manage the most highly security sensitive settings for our customers.
Makes no sense. Fire your auditors.

This is causing major issues for your CSP partners, we need access to our customer compliance and security scores (i haven't checked but i assume the productivity score will have the same issue). Please give this some priority or provide a work around in the short time.

How is this still a thing? We have to enable MFA on all our accounts, however we cant enable it on the Global admin as we have a team of engineers, so when we need to do anything out of scope of the normal password resets/new user we have to make the tenent less secure by logging in with a non-MFA account to do admin work. You cant even convert a bloody mailbox to shared as delegated admin!! 365 team need to get this sorted!

I knew this had a UserVoice, but I didn't think there would have been no update for over a year on this.
The whole point of partner centre is to allow management of multiple tenants with a single login, I can't believe that they are removing this functionality to have you login with a global admin login for each tenant.
Now they are finally migrating the last bastions of the the old Partner Centre pages across to this new portal its impacting us massively and wasting hours of productivity.

As others have mentioned, this is very difficult as a CSP to deal with clients and assist them. Workaround does not work, and we do not want all engineers to have tenant GA access - as that completely trounces direct user auditing abilities for our firm.

We are contemplating removing our third party Anti Spam product and shifting all clients over to just Microsoft ATP Spam - but I do not want my techs to have to log into a clients GA account just to gain access to these features!

I'll join the unanimous chorus on this one. The biggest problem...a message is quarantined that i cannot find in the old delegated exchange interface because its been migrated to the new security and compliance center...that i cant access as a delegate...sigh, if you are going to remove access to something...maybe make sure the alternate access method is in place for delegated partners first...

Still a problem, workaround not working, cannot access security and compliance center without logging in as a direct O365 admin service account. Getting ridiculous now...

The above mentioned "workaround" is NOT working. Very frustrating.

Can we get an update on this please.
I've not been able to get the work around to work this year.Such a PITA having to swap to another admin account just to run a message trace.
How does MS handle this internally when offering support? -

I thought at first we might have to configure separate permissions in order to be able to see the Security and Compliance center. I must say I am shocked and appealed that this hasn't been implemented at all. Especially when Microsoft is actively encouraging partners to increase the Tenant security scores etc its ridiculous!
