Release/Rescan messages stuck in ATP
When receiving emails on multiple occasions we have found the messages stuck in ATP scan. The messages finished scanning but never delivered to the end users mailbox. There needs to be a way to re-release the emails or force a rescan. Asking the sending person to resend is unprofessional.

First of all its incredibly frustrating sitting and waiting for the ATP scan. Normally its reasonably fast, but sometimes files just get stuck. Yesterday I waited 20 mins for a two page document I had scanned on our photocopier. And I really needed that document.
Secondly, why do I need to get this mail notification saying that something is on the way, but its being scanned so I cant have it (yes I know I can use the preview function). Couldn't Microsoft just stop sending that e-mail first - or can my organization change that?

It is incredibly frustrating trying to assist /or promote this security feature when it fails so poorly. It does work most of the time, but when it fails, it fails tremendously with no real recourse for the end user or admin.
