Properly clear InPlaceHolds on the mailbox objects where the retention policy or case hold policy has been deleted already
When we put a retention or case hold policy on a mailbox and subsequently delete this policy it seems that the GUID of that policy is still left on the InPlaceHolds property of the mailbox. This prevents us from deleting the mailbox as it says there is still a hold present.
Looks like a bug to me?
