Fix Export Bug: Include unindexed items when selecting "All items, including unindexed"
Within the eDiscovery platform, I created a case and subsequent search pertaining to one mailbox. No search parameters were entered. Upon selecting details for export, I chose "All items, including ones that have unrecognized format, are encrypted, or weren't indexed for other reasons."
In several different O365 environments, the download does NOT include unindexed items. I'm seeing the exact same file count and data capacity whether I export all items including or excluding unindexed items.
I am however, able to download the unindexed items IF and ONLY IF I select to export "Only items that have an unrecognized format, are encrypted, or weren't indexed for other reasons."

I just ran into this issue today. It is VERY misleading.
The second option needs to either be removed, fixed so it actually does include both, or updated to clearly indicate what it does and does not include.
Right now the option does NOT do what it says it will do. What is further misleading is the item count and size count that it displays it will export, indicates it is exporting both indexed and unindexed items.
