OneDrive retention policy for terminated employee
Currently, OneDrive retention policy only applies to when the OneDrive file was created or modified. I like to have the ability to set a retention policy for a Terminated employee's OneDrive contents over 30 days.

This setting can be modified (upto a maximum of 3650 days) by using the -OrphanedPersonalSitesRetentionPeriod parameter for the Set-SPOTenant cmdlet in the SharePoint Online Management Shell.
