apostrophe
When setting up a new case and selecting a specific mailbox to search, the search box that opens does not allow you to search by name for a person with an apostrophe in their name. For example, if I need to search for the custodian Jane O'Neil, I cannot search by her last name without getting an error.

It is very frustrating not to be able to use the custodian's true name (ie: O'Grady) as the search name.
