Security & Compliance Center PowerShell - ADAL Support for MFA
PowerShell for Security & Compliance Center Needs ADAL Support, as right now it uses the Exchange connector to the Basic auth endpoint. Exchange Online PowerShell has an ADAL client now, where's the one for Security & Compliance Center?
This is available in the Exchange Online Hybrid Module. Even if your organization is not setup for hybrid.
Go to Outlook.office365.com/ecp -> Hybrid on the left side -> Hybrid Module to install the clickonce Module
Then you can Connect-IPPSession and use ADAL prompts to do 2FA

FYI: This feature is not well presented, but technically available in the lasted ExOP release: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt811266%28v=exchg.160%29.aspx
With MFA enabled for global admins, PowerShell access to the Security & Compliance Center is denied. Is there a workaround at least?
This feature is crucial for any med/large organization that depends on PowerShell to manage their compliance searches, etc.

This really needs to get done. Can anyone from MS respond to this?
This is the last major Office 365 / Azure service to support MFA PowerShell. Please update this with MFA ASAP.
